usb slave converter cable

I have a usb-b female downstream slave port. I.e, I can only download to it. Does anyone know of a cable or something which converts it to an ordinary usb input port, like in the back of a computer so that i can plug in usb devices like pendrives etc. into. And that it is not just a slave port as before. I've had a look on…
