The title says it all. I live quite near Dublin city centre, yet my apartment doesn't seem to have broadband. However, I've been informed that people in the apartment building next door have broadband. What can I do? Can I ring Eircom and get them to call over and, er, fix it. I'm certainly near enough to an exchange.
