    Apparently Eisner told them to bugger off. I hate media consolidation, particularly between platform and content providers, but if it gets rid of Eisner...

    Heh, with Adam's post in mind, I see that Comcast are touting this as less of a hostile takeover and more of a potentially friendly takeover that Eisner doesn't like. This is a tactic that could well work well in Comcast's favour, given that no-one likes Eisner except for Eisner.

    Isn't Shrek supposed to look like Eisner? I'll bet Katzenberg (for the unaware, the K in Dreamworks SKC and former Disney honcho) laughed for months.
