Eircom "Special Customer Activity" Charges

Anyone ever heard of this? it was on my eircom bill this month for the months of July 03 till Feb 04 and its 115 euro!!!! ive certainlyy never heard of it and have no idea wat it is for...

Did you get a phone line installed?...i had the same thing when i got my new line in December `03.

Except the bastards charged me €190!!!!!!
