Judging from the oncampus message board replies the admins seem pretty coy about it, if you look at the sending number when you get an oncampus2 message it seems to change each time. Also, the country code isn't ireland - it seems to be an unlisted country as well ????

I think it's from Taiwan somewhere. Don't knwo why it doesn't work anymore, it's a shame...
