Looking for info on Cavan Town

Thinking of buying in Cavan Town. Does anybody know the "Swellan Lower" and "Springfield" areas ? Are they decent areas and would you recommend them ?

A.F.A.I.K. Swellan Lower is a new development. I'm not too sure where it is located but I'd say it is close to Cavan General Hospital. Not too far out of town. It isn't in a bad area at all if I've got the location correct.

Not too sure where Springfield is though.

couldn't tell you anything about either place.. are you sure there is a springfield in cavan?? can't say i've ever heard of one..
