Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Good afternoon folks,

    After nearly a month behind closed doors, the Big Brother boys are back up in business from saturday onwards, but this time in a brand new location; underneath Selectah Records on 4 Crow Street in Temple Bar ( opposite Tante Zoe's for those that wine and dine on a regular basis !! ).

    Our phone number is as before & the new opening times are a much more customer-friendly 11-7 and 11-8 on a Thursday for some super late shopping. Saturdays are still a very leisurely 11-6.

    We are very happy to welcome Mr Gerry Molumby into the BB set-up; with a vast knowledge of Rare Groove, Soul, Jazz & everything funky to his name from eons of DJing around the bars and clubs of Dublin, there's no doubt that he'll do a great job for all you vinyl junkies that like your music raw & soulful. All enquiries, wants lists & stock orders for the fresher recruit to be sent to gerry@bigbrotherrecords.com.

    All stock orders placed over the last few weeks should start arriving in
    within the next few days, so please check your mailboxes for some pleasant surprises, and new releases from all spectrums covered by the boys in the basement are also all in transit, so check the weekly mailouts that go out on Friday mornings from now on.

    In the meantime, thanks a million for your patience and continued custom
    over the past five and a half years. You can look forward to a new & improved ordering service from the pair of us and we really look forward to seeing you in the shop over the next few weeks !!
