I tried this Christmas and it failed miserably however I am going to try it again. Heres whats happening:

1) I post a question.
2) You answer
3) I will add or deduct points depending on if you got the questions right.

There will be about 20 questions overall:
If you get answer and get the question right you get one point.
If you get answer and get the question wrong you get deducted two points.
So make sure only reply if you know the answer.
