cant connect to anything on esat !

this started a few days ago and has not improved i can view websites fine and downlaod from websites fine but i can not connect to any game servers, irc servers or soulseek etc. anyone have any ideas how to fix this ?

u got a firewall up which is debying you access to the ports needed?
