Running WinXP pro. I've the Home and Search button set for voluime down and volume up respectively. This works fine in my profile and Pat's profile. However in a profile called 'everyoneelse' it has stopped working. The person who uses this 90% of the time doesn't have a clue about why it's not working and misses it :) I…

I can figure it out either. If I change the volume using volume control the volume indicator shows up on-screen (part of the dellkb program).
I also checked msconfig and it's ticked in the startup.

Any suggestions?
