    No im from Ethiopia. I'll be the first guy in this country to have a vespa. Isn't that amazing? I am going to be in the guinness book of records.

    I'd be interested to know this too. Anyone I know has a full car licence is late 20's and is getting quotes of 400-700. Bikes seem to be 400-800. But I haven't checked it out for myself yet.
