Hi, I know this has been done before but I wanted to get up to date opinions on what burner I should get. I wanna get an internal cd burner, 52x32x52x unless there's a faster one. Some interesting info I found out while deciding what type of burner to get.
I originally want to get an external burner, so I found out this info:
USB 2.0 was finalised in 2001.
USB 1.1's max speed is 12Mbps.
The max speed of an external cd burner running on USB 1.1 is 4x4x6x.

I don't know if this is of interest as it is a bit slower but the OEM version ofthis drive is on sale in PCworld for €35 (if you wanna save €20) - no cables, manual, driver or software though
