I'm getting sick of paying €180 to get an oil change and a hoover masquerading as a service.

I had a bit of trouble with my ignition recently, and my mechanic said if he had to run a diagnostic he would charge "Computer time". Can you ****ing imagine? I'm now tempted to try and charge "computer time" for every email I answer....
