My usage meter has not updated since Feb 10th. I've tried turning on and off my modem (causing me to log in again I presume) and it has no effect. This is really annoying cause I've no idea what my download level is. I wonder, if I exceeded my level would I be able to have a legit excuse in that I was not aware of the…

Check other posts - this has been debated a lot here.

Call them and they will fix it and no its not an excuse(people found out the hard way)
