pre·ten·tious adj. Claiming or demanding a position of distinction or merit, especially when unjustified. Making or marked by an extravagant outward show; ostentatious. My own nominations would have to go to Moulin Rouge, Independence Day and Pearl Habour but I'm sure you've all got your own 'favorites', so lets hear em!
