Are O2 really stupid

    I purchased a Siemens SL55 with Camera in the UK and brought it over. I had GPRS working but when I contacted O2 to get them to get MMS working they seems to have disabled GPRS and MMS :( I re-entered the settings to no avail. Can O2 block a fone's GPRS

    try calling them up again (1740) and ask them to make sure all the relevant GPRS access points are enabled for your account (WAP/MMS and Internet if required) - then give it another shot

    I will do that but it is 1909 for pay monthly a/c which really annoys me

    1740 is the Internet & WAP support number (1909 is general customer care)

    Ahhhhhhhhhhh maybe that will make a difference, they may know what they are doing :)
