Problem sending Picture Messages

I am currently unable to send or receive picture messages on my Meteor Nokia 7650. Every time I go to receive a message it says "retrieving message" then eventually it says "Unable to retrieve message. Connection already in use. Close connection and try again" and a similar message when I try to send messages. Does anyone…

Does anyone know what changes if any I should be making to the settings. I have previously not had problems sending messages.

it could be meteor's mms system not working, or maybe their gprs
