    Can somebody tell me how I install this into my c.p.u???

    By the way you asked the question I'd say you dont know much about computers do you.

    What is the tuner is it USB or PCI?

    If its PCI then shutdown the PC unplug the power, open the case located the PCI slots the white ones, unscrew the faceplate and slot the card into position make sure its all the way in the slot, screw in it to position, close the case and start up the PC, when it boots to windows it will detect the new card and ask for the driver @ which stage you put the CD you got with the card and point the search to include the CD, windows will find the drivers and install the card, now when thats done install the software that is located on the CD.

    Thats it your done installed and ready to use, if it asks you to restart the PC then do so.
