Full DART services to operate for St Patrick's Festival Skyfest fireworks display by Media & PR

Iarnród Éireann has announced that normal DART services will operate across the DART network on Saturday 13th March, the date of the St Patrick’s Festival SkyFest display.

The suspension of DART Upgrade works on this date will allow families and revellers to travel to the annual spectacular by DART in their thousands, as well as other St Patrick’s Festival events on the day.

Details of the decision were included in Iarnród Éireann’s latest two-month DART Upgrade service update, for February and March. A spokesperson for the company said “we are delighted to be in a position to offer full DART services for the day of Skyfest, one of the biggest events in Dublin’s calendar for Dubliners and visitors alike, and one of the biggest events in DART’s calendar. We will also, of course, be operating full DART services on St Patrick’s Day itself, Wednesday 17th March.”.
