I'm currently on eircoms 512k/128k RADSL, the interleaving on this package is 19m/sec and 50m/sec on the higher packages i believe. Pinging eircom.net using ping plotter gives the lowest value of 20m/sec. A friend who apparently was downgraded to the same package as me from solo never pings below 50 to eircom.net. I…

I believe eircom just capped his solo. Is there any program/tool/way to find out what the exact interleaving on your line is?
