I see a theme emerging here.

Mostly good songs, but I'd only even consider 2 of them to be top 10. I forgot that Fear of the Dark came out in 1992, that definitely deserves top 10 condiseration.

Still, you need to broaden your horizons a bit mate, you seem to be stuck in a very small rut with a handful of classic albums :)

15 years ey does math in head a top 10 is to hard so 10 of my favourits are
    Manic's-Motorcycle empityness
Whipping Boy- Blinded (opening riff sounds a lot like perfect by the punpkings and was released 3 years earlier but im sure some SP fan will tel me it was origonaly writen earlier)
McLusky- To hell with good intentions
    Pixies-Hey
    Radiohead- Karma Police
At the drive in- Invalid litter dept
    Therapy- Mear Abstract
Nick Cave- Are you the one that ive been waiting for
Queens of the stone age- Regular John
    Interpol-Say hello to the angels
Lots of other great songs that in 2 minutis i will think of but these are pretty good. Wheather the songs are all mainstream is another question.
