What does xp setup look for when it is an upgrade. It says the the EULA, user license is missing. I have an xp upgrade but I cant find my win 98 or millenium to install it first. I have another computer, can I copy the files from it? Thanks

If you find out the exact file that it needed then im sure its possible, the best thing to do is ask around im sure someone you know has a old windows CD lying around somewhere.
