MS Outlook in System Tray?

Is there any way to minize Outlook 2000 (or any other app that clutters the taskbar) to the system tray in Windows XP? Would also like to be able to do this with iTunes...

Take a look at TweakXP that will allow you to minimise programs to the taskbar.
