When does the new cap come in???

By my latest usage figures show the new cap isn't in yet.
Does anyone know when the IOL cap is doubled??
I'd ring but I don't have 3 Hours to spare.

1.26g for 2 days
0.63g for 1 day
10.08g for 16 days

It's interesting that it says Download limit.

It seems that they are only concerned with download limit not upload. I thought it was 8gb including upload and download.

Surely it would be "You are going to exceed your data allowance" not Download limit.

IOL is not combined usage. It is 8 gigs up OR 8 gigs down.

You contradict yourself... If it isn't combined usage then it's
8 gigs up and 8 gigs down.. not 8 gigs up or 8 gigs down...
