Project Help?

the whole year inn

I am doing a presentation for communications it can be on anything but it has to be science related eg do it on playing golf but the physics involved another lad doing it on karate you get my drift.Any how I think i might do it on beer what happens when the materials are added together but want find out the science part.Any how found a few sites online allready but if any one could help id appricate it alot.I only have to speak for 5-8 mins.
