During Rag week (Wednesday), I went up to the techies and asked why was it down. They siad they didn't know. They looked at the webbie, and a "Page cannot be displayed" came up. "This is not the forbidden page message, so we never blocked it" they said. They said they'd fix it in an hour or two afterwards.
