Small single room required, Dublin 3 area

New job dictates that I'm in Dublin possibly 2 or 3 days per week. I'm looking for a small single room somewhere in or near Fairview. I shall not require the use of washing machine, cooking facilities, etc., allthough occasional use of the bathroom would be nice!:) Anything like this available in the near future?
