    Umm you see the problem with is, BODs talent isn't a closely kept secrect so he never has space, exactly what makes him such a talent is the ability to find space and gaps.

    I think there is one reason why BOD had a less than effective game, Dalligeo or however ya spell his name. He hammered BOD whenever he got the chance on the ball or otherwise.

    I'm not saying it can't have an impact, but the notion that playing at outside centre instead of inside excuses every mistake is bullsh1t. If you're a talented player, as O'Driscoll is, then playing at inside shouldn't mean you play poorly. Maybe you won't be as effective, maybe you won't shine. It wasn't that BOD didn't shine against England, it's that he made some really poor decisions and kicked horribly a couple of times. That isn't excusable by the fact that he was one man nearer along the line.
