    I'd just like to say what a great day it is with the news that westlife are breaking up..

    That only means that they split up into several 'careers' making it harder to 'contain' them under one 'label'.

    We'll have to contend with "debut singles" from 5 solo wannabes rather than just a Westlife ballad every few months. Give them 6 months and hopefully they'll disappear without trace.

    I guess that's the way it is with these bands. But before we go setting off the fireworks in celebration bare in mind that the boyband that takes the title after the 'champs' breakup invariably ends up being less talented and MORE ANNOYING than the previous bunch of goldenboys. So who knows what these evil tunesmiths Walsh/Callow etc have in store for our sunken hearts and broken ears next.
