Irish Servers/Popular with Irish players

Hi All,
have not played Quake 3 much for the past 6 months or so, but have just got Broadband and want to know which servers you guys usually play on. Are there still a coupl of Irish servers up and running? And also, if you are going to give an address of a server, can you tell me how to connect to the server. I presume I won't find the server listed on Gamespy or on the in-game browser. I seem to recall something like <tilde> connect 192.422.etc... Can someone just run through it again if possible. Also, which mods/maps are required?

First Off, getting a stock Quake3 upto date

At the very least get OSP + PR1.32, 3 wave is CTF maps

and you will find the servers in All seeing eye, probably in gamespy, but if you want to connect directly in game, bring down console with the key below ESC, and then /connect 192.155.555.5
the Irish server is games2.iol.ie
other popular public servers are xs4all public ctf, and jolt clanarena
