There are loads of shops in Japan that specialise in PCB's. You can pick up whole Sega Astro City cabinets for $200.

Round here you'd probably be best going with eBay. You could go to the amusment distributers in Ireland but I don't think they're usually very cooperative unless you're a big buyer.
