I have a BT Quartet 1500 and the handset has just died on me. Is it possible to buy just a replacement handset rather than a completely new phone? There is nothing wrong with the answering machine end of it. It's not the battery as I've just replaced the original, thinking that that was the problem. I have e-mailed BT but they didn't bother to reply

    Thanks!

You may not save a lot buying just a handset.

For example, amazon.co.uk charge £24.99 for the handset and £32.99 for the package.
