Laois hurlers played a good game against Kilkenny. Still though 10 wides in the first half I believe.

Good draw against Galway in the the football. Fair result.

yea....dispite the loss against Kilkenny...good result for the hurlers.

    *could* have won :dunno:

seems the footballers are coming good at last.

two wins in our last two games would have us challenging for the top places would it?

not too sure if we would be challenging for the top places, after all we have lost our first 3 matches :(

anyway, i more long term at least it puts us in a serious position for the championship (well from a Leinster perspective).

i still think the All-Ireland Champions will come out of Leinster, if not, then maybe Galway !? Any takers on this?

For hurling I was going with Cork to do it this year, however, I think I might switch to Tipp instead followed by Cork. Any takers on this?

I'm starting to get the feeling that a few referees around the country are really against Cavan winning anything... :dunno:

hmmmm i sense that with other teams....its weird some refs do not seem to like certain counties....like one or two commentors on RTE (one in particular who does not like Laois).....did that person play for Meath at one time? :)

Yeah... I get that feeling alright. Pat McEnaney definately does not like Tyrone or Peter Canavan for that matter. I'm sure there are others.

Anyway... Best of luck in Kingspan/Breffni Park next Sunday... You'll need it! ;)

likewise best of luck.....should be a crackin game!!

Hopefully so... unless the ref ruins it!

now now....we all know that refs get everything right on the day and that they bear no grudges against certain teams ;)

laois i think are playing dublin next in the hurling, i would expect laois to win this one especially given the way they have played against waterford and kilkenny lately.

I think you are mad. I think Leinster football is at its lowest ebb in years. Dublin are average, Meath are average, Kildare are poor, and Laois look alright but that is only because prior to last year they were poor and the competition is so poor. I think it is between Kerry, Galway, Armagh and Tyrone. I would have Cork as my dark horses. That Billy Morgan is a cute whore and he has brought both club and county All Ireland glory before. I think now that Kerry have got rid of Paudi theyu should win it. With the players they have they should really have won alot more in recent years then they have!

aye...the poor dubs, beaten yet again in the leauge.
I still think there is hope there. and I think they have the ability to pull of some good results when they get it together....but its really not looking likley that that will happen

and galway eh... hammered by Wexford..
I know wexford are improving but damm...

We're looking crap as well. After the initial honeymoon period Paudi now seems to realise it mightn't be so easy!

Didn't I tell ye already Wexford are seriously improving.
