Clicksilver activated but no grreen DSL light on Router

    Hi Guys,

    we just got connected to UTV`s Clicksilver. Yesterday we received the Zyxel Router, but don`t get a DSL Light on it.

    Called UTV. They told me that they only can initiate a Linecheck by Eircom, which could take a while.

    Any ideas what else to do, or how to speed things up ?

    And make sure they dont start charging you for the service until eveyrthing is working fine!

    Did you install any of the filters first?

    Don't actually need a filter, however a broken one, if one is installed, could be the problem.

    I know you dont need a filter, I am trying to find out did he connect a filter at the main socket and then connect his modem or is the signal coming unfiltered to the modem.
