    I bust a few internal organs laughing at that first time I saw it.

    I think it's called Pop 'N Music. There's a guy playing a version of it in the Lost in Translation movie.

    Dance Dance Revolution by Konami. Also very fun to watch when you see it done well.

    I was in Trocadero in London one day watching ppl play Pump It Up (A Korean DDR-alike dance game) and they were doing handstands and swinging off the bars. Really compelling viewing.
