Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I bought one of them at the beginning of March and it didnt work,so I got it replaced. The replacement only worked once, even though it was in perfect condition, and I was refused a second replacement.Anyone else have this problem?

my GF was refused completely once, second time of asking it failed and she was told there was nothing that could be done. That was a month spent explaining to ticket collector people. :(

I had an annual ticket die last year, and my gf had 2 annual tickets stop working as well

we worked out it was one of the ticket machines in Grand Canal Dock that was wiping them - I asked the guy behind the ticket counter and he acknowledged there had been a few complaints.

might be worth checking out the last place you validated the tickets to see if there is a common cause.

oh yeah - ring CIE customer services and kick up a major fuss. i'm sure they'll replace the ticket if you make enough noise.

If you call into Dublin Bus on O'Connell street and go to the counter downstairs they'll replace them for you. I don't think you can get them changed anywhere else.

I found out before that the reason the monthly tickets were failing was the tickets from some of the DART stations were printed over five years ago.
