    I really wonder what Bertie is thinking though. Shouldn't a voice for the people, as he is, have his ear to the ground about hot topics like bringing Al Queda to our shores?

    So what did he say exactly? If he issued a general condemnation of the Madrid bombings, this is perfectly reasonable, imo. He would be echoing the feelings of most Irish people.
