Yes I did see the post below but I was wondering if people could post recent times to being live from date of ordering.
I want to get the self install so I am not as curious about the technician install but post away as others might be.
I am assuming that ordering directly from Eircom is the quickest but maybe not.
I would start a poll but it would be complicated.
    Thanks, iwb.

I ordered mine Wed 3rd March
    Was live Thursday the 11th
    Not bad going UTV/Eircom!

Pity i'm half way through my cap already!

Anybody know when the caps are reset?
Is it on the first day of the month or a month after being connected?

So, UTV kicks ass then. I tried calling today but was on hold for ten minutes and gave up. I needed to make other calls.
Does anyone know what they charge to move the connection? I want to get it at a temporary office but I don't know how long I will be there. Maybe only a few months. With that in mind, Netsource and their two month rolling contract would be more suitable.

I got mine from netsource last July.

Ordered on a wednesday, plugged in my DSL router friday, but nothing.

Came home from work the following monday, the line was active. Rang support at 6:30 and was up and running at 6:45.

    Great experience.
