    How do you do it in XP Home and XP Pro? It was very straightforward in 98, it had a password option in the share tab, but not XP!

    On Mine Its The Password For The User. My Xp Doesn't Offer encription On Files And Folders. i Wonder If Xp Pro Does.

    XP Pro allows you to encrypt any file or folder.

    Would encryption block the user from seeing the files?

    And how would decryption take place on the destination computer?
