    Just wondering do most of the apartments with No Lease on them still require a months deposit?

    yes.. most definitely... just because there is no minimum lease doesnt mean that you dont have to pay a deposit...

    usually with no minimum lease situations as with any rental situation, you pay a month as a deposit and a months rent up front when you move in...
