    ok im looking at this article and i just cant see what david blunkett is on about.

    ok get this,

    he wants to charge people who were wrongfully jailed £3000 for each year that they were jailed.

    the way he see's it people who free men should pay for the free porridge and free board they recieved for the years they were in jail for........
