Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Anelka is the best & worst ever. Best for Arsenal at 0.5m and worst for every club since. Fowler to Leeds was also a stonker.

I think Fowler from Leeds to MCity was a 'good' buy. It's the move from Liverpool to Leeds is where the bad business (for Leeds) was done. MCity are getting a bit of worth out of him at least.

When he was at Liverpool he was one of the best strikers in the premiership. Leeds paid his worth at the time but he didn't perform at Leeds. How can it be classed as a bad buy? I would class the manc move as a bad buy because he was in bad form when he went and still hasn't played anywhere near his ability.

Nah he was good at Liverpool about 2 seasons before he moved to Leeds. He didn't really do it for the pool either near the end. And 18 million euro was hardly his worth at the time considering the market then. They bought him when in debt, he put them further in debt, they didn't need him so thats a bad buy. Plus hes still costing them money even though he doesn't play for them

    Leeds bought Brolin.
Mario Jardel to Bolton (he was good tho long time ago)
Denilson to Real Betis has to be the best not for how good/bad but for the contract got him for 20 million, same season Ronaldo went to inter decided that they werent going to let that happen so stuck a 160 million buy out clause on him then got relegated ...LOL (playing well now back in La Lifa but still 160 million)
Trevor Molloy to anyone after Pats god he was/is bad.

The fact that Leeds are still paying wages to the guy makes Fowler a bad "sale". I wasnt suggesting it was a bad deal for MC.
