Are you happy with your Clicksilver service?

Happy with UTV's customer support & service?

Have you or will you "resign" for another 12 months?

I'll get the ball rolling with NO to everything.

I am facing network down problem whenever I feel to use it.
My network (UTV clicksiliver) is always down in the morning and night, what is left in the daytime (sleep) ?

    48:1 connection is going crap.

24:1 connection (if anyone is using please tell me)

Just am hour since I posted this & already 2 disconnects :D

Thought it was just me after UTV had read my post!

Good to know I'm not alone. Resub for another whole 12 months of this service OR pay €17.50 more than I should until my current contract expires.

    Laughable.

Had service for 10 days, been down 3 times

Call customer service: 30+ minutes wait to be told its a 3rd party problem!!!

    thats not my problem!!

I recon they dont pay who ever carries the signal for them when the networks down so why should we pay them,

Id like a 30% discount, infact make that 50% for stress incurred!!

So in closing unless things improve in the next 10 days I'll be looking to get out of my contract

Eh, it's alright when it's up, only problem is that sometimes it freezes a few seconds before it loads up a page, but I think that's to do with the place I'm in as opposed to the actual broadband. I haven't actually tried gaming on it yet, however...

You get what you pay for...
...in a figurative not a literal sense...

Reasonably happy. I have had no reason to contact them regarding Clicksilver, but I currently have a CPS problem which they are dragging their heels on.

I signed up for the €45 service with no hesitation, although I had 5 months left on my original contract.

Just to break the trend I'd have to go with all yes. The only problem I've had so far was as a result of a disagreement between eircom and myself. UTV were very helpful in getting it sorted out

I'll change this to "Very happy" now - they just came up with the best possible resolution.
