All the Networks offer free Web Based text messages Vodafone - 300 O2 - 250 and Meteor - 30 also Meteor 2 Meteor mobile SMS & MMS are free when you top up by €20 per month...

take for example oxygen
they 20 a week!!!!

www.boltblue.com give about 15 a month
www.fonetastic.com give you 10 a day

the proper network websites are best though, as above! (o2, vodafone, meteor)

No probs! oh and i'm not too sure where i found them, must have being searching the net, i started using them a few years back but only use the o2.ie ones now. used to have a lot more but they seem to have being shut down now.
