Nearly-atkins dessert

    Okay, so I'm getting a bit imaginative now.

    Take one block of philadelphia (about 200-250g), and beat with about a tablespoon or so of lemon curd. Spoon into terrienes and pipe meringue made with faux sugar over the top. Bake for an hour or so in a low (110C or so) heat, then take out and blowtorch to brown the meringue if you wish.
    Serve with half a strawberry cut to garnish and a cornell of whipped cream beaten till stiff with a tablespoon of kahlua.
