Dive weekend no1 phil srtuck not once... but twice.

Once in the ladies in athlone and then the following day exposed himself to some poor woman (who if rumor is true has scratched her eyes out) in the shwer area of the dive centre.

Dive weekend no2 - we have the evidence!
Phil, a rubber suit and caught on camera outside the ladies toilets.

I've blurred his face due to the fact he could ban me... however - the leering smile and the ladies toilets are all quite visible.

I'm holding the unedited version in reserve - for the admin board.

It is my hope that this thread will serve as a place where we all can come together, we victims of phil, and it should serve as a deterrant to this monster.
