odd DSL-604 Problem

    Hi all,

    have a bit of an odd (for me) DSL-604+ problem.

    Recently the router went belly up, so I had to send it back for repair. So now I have to reconfigure it.

    The router itself is set up, connected to IOLBB through the 2nd PVC.

    Now, the wireless network works fine - ie. one machine can see files on another machine (wireless card in one machine & ethernet in the other).

    Nether machine can access the internet. Sometimes on one (the one connected wirelessly) machine, "Internet Gateway" appears in "network connections," but its always set to disabled, and when I try to enable it, gives me "Connection failed!" error.

    Both machines are running XP Pro SP1

    If anyone can help me here, it would be a huge help.

    Just get rid of the thing..

    Caused me no end of problems,
    I've been through 2 of em'

    Long story short the 2nd one is *still not
    working, and they basically admitted the router
    was crap and agreed to a full refund..

    D-link havn't bothered even picking up the broken
    ones!
