    Has anyone ever had an Interactual Player Error PL4013?

    ive gotten through my machine and the procedures but im still lost!

    Any help would be much appreciated

    Do you have any of these decoders installed?

    Moonlight Cordless Elecard MPEG
    Pinnacle Instant CD+DVD MPEG2 Filter
    DirectVobSub
    VobSubDec
    DVD2MPG
    DVD2AVI
    Nimo codec pack

    Have you installed any other dvd software on your pc?

    I guess kingpin is working along the lines that if you installed any of the stuff he's listed, it may have installed an old dvd decoder that's either overwritten the one you had (assuming that you've been able to play DVDs in the past) or taken precedence in the interactual program. And he's quite possibly right.

    Were you using something else to play DVDs before you installed the interactual player (the player doesn't come with a dvd decoder)? If so, can you see if that works? What version of windows are you running?
