On CNN earlier today, there was an excerpt from Bush's speech on the arrest of Moqtada al-Sadr. The quote - which is accurate to the best of my memory - was "He wants to use force to decide the course of democracy, and that's the opposite of democracy".

That's up there with "no civilised country needs WMD."

Hrm. Looks like I may have been (slightly) too harsh on Bush; the exact line according to Retuers is "This is a person and followers who are saying 'We don't want democracy and as a matter of fact we'll decide the course of democracy by the use of force' -- and that is the opposite of democracy,"
