Hi, Does anyone know what I would need to convert a video vhs to cd (so it is watchable on a pc) or to DVD. I have a standard laptop to work with. Any suggestions regards software / hardware and where to purchase it would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I'd start here. I use the Digital Video Creator 80. Connects to USB, simple to use and so on. Quality isn't brilliant but suits my needs.
